Signing Ceremony for Factory Lease Agreement between HTM and CTW

On January 29, 2026, HTM Investment Group Joint Stock Company and Hongkong CTW Electronics Company Limited officially signed a factory lease agreement at the Cam Van Industrial Cluster, marking a significant milestone in the development of both companies in the field of industrial development and electronic component manufacturing.

CTW is a global professional supplier of connectors, antennas, and cable assemblies, widely used in industrial, telecommunications, military, medical, and automotive industries, and is ranked as a high-tech enterprise and a private technology enterprise in Jiangsu Province.

Representing Hongkong CTW Electronics Co., Ltd., Mr. Jacky Li, Chairman of the company, stated that CTW has confidently chosen HTM as its first partner in Vietnam to lay the foundation for the company's development in the field of electronic component manufacturing for partners in Vietnam, the US, and Europe. He also added that it was thanks to the enthusiasm, support, and advice from HTM that CTW quickly selected HTM as its partner to provide warehouse and factory infrastructure, enabling rapid completion and commencement of production. For its first project in Vietnam, CTW plans to have an initial FDI investment of USD $2,000,000 with modern equipment and high-technology.  

Representing HTM Company, Mr. Dao Manh Sen expressed his appreciation to CTW, one of the first tenants in the Cam Van Industrial Cluster. He expressed his desire for long-term cooperation and continued support to provide stable facilities for CTW to expand production, promote research, and enhance its competitiveness in the international market. Furthermore, with CTW's trust, he also expressed his hope that the cooperative relationship between HTM and CTW will motivate other businesses to invest and develop in the area.

Our factory was built as a two-story factory with four office floors, optimizing production and operational space, and equipped with a rooftop solar power system to help maintain a stable electricity supply for the business.

Currently, HTM Company is actively completing the construction of Factory X2 in Cam Van Industrial Cluster to promptly and fully meet CTW's leasing needs by the beginning of Q2/2026. The project is being implemented according to a strict schedule, ensuring technical standards, labor safety and environmental protection; the electrical and water infrastructure, fire protection system and factory structure are designed to be suitable for installing electronic component production lines.

To provide maximum support to CTW, HTM is currently working closely with CTW on site layout, technical requirements, and legal procedures to expedite acceptance testing, enabling CTW to soon begin trial production and official operation.

The signing of the factory lease agreement between HTM and CTW is a significant step in CTW's expansion and sustainable development, while also contributing to local economic development and strengthening the specialized industrial supply chain of Hai Phong city. Both parties are committed to implementing the agreement in a spirit of cooperation, partnership, transparency, and responsibility, aiming for long-term and sustainable development.
