Groundbreaking Ceremony of Cam Van Industrial Cluster – An Important Milestone in the Development Journey

On the morning of October 3rd, 2025, HTM Investment Group Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Cam Van Industrial Cluster Infrastructure Investment and Construction Project, An Quang Commune, Hai Phong City.

Cam Van Industrial Cluster (IC) has a scale of 35 hectares, with an operating period of 50 years from the date the People's Committee of Hai Phong City approved the investment policy. The project is located in An Quang commune, near the intersection of National Highway 10 and Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway, and is considered to have a strategic location thanks to its convenient connection with the modern traffic infrastructure system and logistics advantages of the port city.

Cam Van IC will be invested in synchronous and modern technical infrastructure, along with more than 400,000 m² of ready-built factories and warehouses to meet the needs of domestic and foreign enterprises. When put into operation, the project is expected to create jobs for thousands of local workers, and at the same time become an attractive destination for investment in the fields of supporting industries, advanced technology and green - clean, sustainable industry.

Cam Van Industrial Cluster is a continuation of the company's successful factory leasing projects. This is also one of HTM's key projects in 2025, contributing to the goal of Hai Phong city becoming the leading economic center of the country, a large seaport city, a leader in industrialization, digital transformation and green development by 2030.

Within the framework of the groundbreaking ceremony, HTM signed a cooperation agreement to lease infrastructure with 02 units: Idemitsu Q8 Petroleum Limited Liability Company to implement the Gas Station Project to provide high-quality fuel for businesses and vehicles operating in the area; and Rapid Aid Vietnam Company Limited with the goal of implementing the Project to manufacture medical equipment and instruments.
